We raise our beef just north of Waverly, NE. Our herd of Angus - Hereford cross cows has been a part of our family for decades. We began our journey with Wagyu in 2019. We have been thrilled with the quality of beef from the Wagyu cross and are excited to share an exceptional product with you.

We do our best to keep your freezers full year round!
Our next chance to get a custom cut whole, side, or quarter of beef is in April 2023.
We prefer that when ordering a quarter you find a partner to split that side with, however we are often able to play matchmaker for you if you let us know you're interested.
Pricing
$4 per pound hanging weight - typically 60% of live weight. Average hanging weight is 375-475 pounds per side. Processing charges depend on location of processing and types of cuts. At this time we are using Nelson's processing in Ceresco, NE. See processing sheet for more information!

Frequent Questions
What is wagyu?
Wagyu is a breed of cattle imported from Japan. The beef from these animals is notable for the tenderness and flavor. The marbling within the muscle creates these traits.
